Purposes
Collected data is used exclusively to: process your contact and quotation requests, manage your client area, prepare contractual documents and market our products. No data is used for advertising purposes.
Legal bases
Performance of a contract (client area, quotations), legitimate interest (website improvement and security), consent (optional cookies).
Retention periods
- Client account: for the duration of the commercial relationship, then archived for 5 years from the last contact.
- Contact requests: 3 years from the last exchange.
- Sign-in and security logs: 12 months.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data. You may also issue directives regarding their fate after your death.
Exercise your rights
Send your request to our Data Protection Officer. We respond within a maximum of one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Transfers outside the European Union
Your data is hosted within the European Union. No transfer outside the EU takes place; our European email providers are themselves located in the EU.
